Xonotic has many pickups that are essential to gameplay. Below is a list of common pickups for health, armor, and ammunition. This page doesn't include weapon pickups or powerups.
Health[]
Health pickups add health to the player's health which remains stable (doesn't slowly decrease) for values at or under 100, and cannot go above 200.
A 100-health pickup.
There is usually no more than 1 per map. Frequently put near areas of conflict.
A 50-health pickup.
These are usually placed in more obscure locations around maps.
A 25-health pickup.
There are often a handful of these scattered around maps, on their own or with another.
A 5-health pickup.
These are often found in lines near walls or in the centers of corridors.
Armor[]
Armor pickups add armor to the player's armor which remains stable (doesn't slowly decrease) for values at or under 100, and cannot go above 200.
100-Armor (Mega Armor)
There are usually at most 2 per map. Usually found in places that make a player vulnerable.
50-Armor
These, if present, are usually scattered around maps much like 25-healths.
25-Armor
These are surprisingly uncommon. They look very similar to 5-armors.
5-Armor
Usually found in clusters or in lines much like 5-healths.
Ammunition[]
All ammunition pickups, which the exception of cells, take 4 pickups to give the player the maximum possible amount of that ammunition. Cells require 6.
Cell
Adds 30 cells to the player's ammunition, which holds up to 180.
Bullets
Adds 80 bullets to the player's ammunition, which holds up to 320.
Rockets
Adds 40 rockets to the player's ammunition, which holds up to 160.
Shells
Adds 15 shells to the player's ammunition, which holds up to 60.
